Birthday Party

Marley's party was today, and she had such a good time! She got to see all her favorite people, play with balloons, eat yummy food, and best of all... GET PRESENTS! She got two Dora dolls, a baby stroller, Doodle Pro, a really cool zebra pool for the summer, a Little People school bus, (she's got this wierd fixation with them these days... school busses, not little people lol) a swing for the backyard, clothes, tons of pretend food, and a brand new play kitchen! I think she's good on toys until Christmas (:

WOOHOO It's great to be TWO!!

Yes, I said TWO! I still can't believe it, and I'm telling everyone that she's not "officially" two until 5:31 this evening. Where does the time go?! I swear she was just a tiny squirmy 7pound ball of itty-bitty newborn baby sweetness, now she's 24pounds of not so tiny, but still very squirmy big kid!

Yesterday we spent the morning with Ashley and Jacob. We all went to T.R.U. to browse and get ideas for birthday presents, and I finally found two outfits for Marley's professional pictures next week! Then we went to Chic-Fil-A because we thought we'd let the kids play in the indoor playground. Nope! We totally forgot it was Spring Break this week, so the whole place was filled with big kids running around and being way too wild to let our little dears anywhere near them. The kids didn't seem to mind though, they were more than happy to sit at the table like grown-ups and eat their lunch (:

I love this weather! It's sunny, high of 80 degrees, a soft breeze blowing, oh it's just great... And I'd better enjoy it, because tomorrow they're calling for thunderstorms and highs in the mid-60s. ): Mother Nature needs to quit toying with us and pick a season, dangit!!!!

Who would have thought that at 19 years old I would meet the person who would change my life completely? I simply can't imagine life without her, I swear to you she's the reason the sun comes up in the morning, and why every night is filled with sweet dreams. Can you tell I'm crazy about her? (:
